I wish I had enough money to take your wonderful class. my husband and I don't have much money right now. I am 25 and pregnant with my first child, I am also overweight and thought that yoga would be good for me and the baby. as well as help me take off the weight after I have the baby. Is there any way you could help or some affordable books you could suggest? |

Hi Carmella, I used to take your class at BFFW for a couple of years. I enjoyed your classes a great deal and have missed them and you. My role at work has changed and it is very difficult for me to commit to a set schedule. My membership at BFFW just wasn't worth it anymore. I didn't practice yoga for several months and really became aware both physically and emotionally. A couple of months ago I started taking yoga (and Pilates) through a dance studio near my home evenings and weekends. It's great to be getting back in shape. I have been doing yoga for almost a year now and I love it. I am now 2 months pregnant and am interested in finding a pregnancy yoga video that I can do at home, as I am assuming I need to modify my moves and do not plan to attend the regular class anymore, at least not after my first trimester. Hi, I am an over the road truck driver and just found out that my husband and I are expecting our first child. I am 33 and very over weight (272 lbs) So now I am desperate to try and do some kind of exercise to help along and thought about yoga. I am due in Oct. If you have any info you can send me on how I can get on tract with some yoga info I would really appreciate it. I hope to be of the truck in 2-3 months. I have stopped drinking coffee, cut the salt, limited simple sugars, no diet sweetners etc.. as of yesterday. I hope this will help. I havent found a Doctor yet but soon I hope.
