High Frequency Yoga for WomenFrom post partum to midlife our abdominal muscles are our stability and power. When we bring focus to the belly we increase our internal beat and heighten our awareness. Few of us ever focus on our abdominal muscles. This neglect weakens and depletes our energy. Experience this abdominal based yoga workshop as a reawakening of your power base. It is particularly effective for post partum and mid like women but everyone will benefit. No previous yoga experience is needed. We will explore basic yoga postures moving from the belly. We will also focus on increasing stamina and creating fun. We'll notice any negative thought patterns during our practice and begin to turn them around. All in a high frequency (internal energy) experience.
