High Frequency Yoga for Women incorporates the baby in our in depth practice of sitting, standing, supine and belly down poses and their benefits to post partum women. Dyna exercise bands will be used to rebuild abdominal muscles. Take time out to nurture yourself and have fun. Share your birth experience & meet old friends from the pre-natal class! No previous experience of yoga is necessary
